The "Marienkapelle" Engelberg was built in 1699 – 1701. Four ceiling paintings are dedicated to “Maria”. The monastery is a popular destination in the region “Odenwald” and “Spessart”. Here you get dark abbey beer from an original recipe of the monks and monastery wine from the farm.
