The term "rotary conductors 23/12" is a characteristic German fire rescue vehicle with a retractable ladder set. The first task for the "ladder" is the human rescue and self-assurance. The installation of water cannons, lights and special blowers for the aeration of smoky fire objects is mandatory. The first turntable ladder in the world was presented on May 2, 1802 in Paris.
