Taken 10/25/2014 above Monarch Lakes above Mineral King in Sequoia National Park. It was a chilly, windy day and there was a prescribed burn in the valley below that added a haze for most of the hike, but thankfully we were able to escape the smoky valley to capture this nice view of the beautiful lakes in the basin between Sawtooth and Mineral Peaks.
