Sororopan Tepui's Summit 2, Gran Sabana, Canaima National Park (Venezuela)
Sororopán Tepuy

Pemon's Legends tells that at the beggining of time when all beings were people Sororopachí (a very beautiful indian) was unfaithful to her husband Kakí (a piscua bird) with Kuiwá a being who lived in the Akaruay river; when they were discovered by Wirumá (an owl) that used the hummingbirds to warn Kakí who killed Kuiwá and Sororopachí was turned to stone, thus forming the Sororopán Tepui.

The highest point of this plateau lies 2050msnm from there you can see a magnificent view all around the amazing Venezuelan Great Savannah.
